Carrying out the necessary adjustments to stabilize production (122 hours)
Production of machining on MOCN (26h)
Maintaining your workstation (6 hours)
Teaching methods/techniques:
- Educational advisor with significant professional experience in the field
- E-learning training modules
- Practical activities with monitoring, correction and validation by the educational advisor
- Online assessment at the end of the module
Targeted skills :
- Prepare the equipment necessary for the production or continuation of a series
- Disassemble and assemble tools and cutting tools
- Make simple adjustments to achieve production
- Perform first level maintenance of the workstation
- Carry out machining operations
- Control the quality of the production of machined parts
Prerequisites:
Basic knowledge (reading, writing, calculating)

Methods of follow-up and execution of the training:
- Invitation sent before the training specifying the terms of the training and follow-up
- Kick-off meeting and presentation of educational tools
- Granting access to the LMS (Learning Management System) platform
- Control of the presence in training via signature per half-day
- Learner Monitoring Booklet
- A certificate of completion and a training certificate stating the objectives, nature and duration of the action and the results of the assessment of the training acquired will be given to the trainee at the end of the training.
- Overall satisfaction survey and evaluation of hot and cold training.
