This group of modules aims to provide learners with fundamental skills in general mechanics and professional posture.
It covers technical aspects, such as technical shapes and materials, as well as essential knowledge, such as geometry, safety and documentation at the workplace.
Principles of machining and production techniques
This group of modules aims to develop learners' technical skills by addressing global themes, such as production methods.
It also offers practical modules on machining, including specific vocabulary, machining operations and parameters, as well as the principles of mounting cutting tools and part gripping.
Means of control
This module aims to develop learners' skills in the use of control and measurement equipment, providing them with the knowledge necessary to use this equipment in order to guarantee the conformity and quality of machined parts.
Driving, programming and maintenance 1st level
This group of modules focuses on ISO programming and code creation through dedicated software, CNC Simulator PRO.
It also includes essential skills on the environment and the operation of numerically controlled machine tools.
Finally, modules are dedicated to maintenance, traceability and packaging of machined parts, crucial steps to finalize the manufacturing process.
